Terms of use and risk notice

Mycelium provides a public record of Mnodes, holder activities, Mnode evolution in the Grove, optional rooting, rarity views and community games.

Mycelium is not a broker, exchange, marketplace, escrow service, investment adviser or operator of third-party NFT contracts.

Holder activities require a wallet containing at least one Mnode NFT on Robinhood Chain. You must sign a free message to prove control of the wallet. If the Mnode leaves the wallet, access may end. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service where you live.

You are responsible for your wallet, device, accounts, signatures, and compliance with applicable law. Never share a private key or seed phrase. Mycelium will never ask for either one.

Submit only content, links and artwork that you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for its accuracy, legality, intellectual property rights and any promises you make to others.

We may reject, hide, suspend or remove content that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, infringing or harmful to the community.

Creating Evolved artwork creates artwork inspired by Mnodes you own. It does not mint a token or change the originals. Rooting is a separate choice: an Evolved Mnode you created replaces the current image and metadata of an OG token you own, while its number stays the same.

Rooting uses a signed message, is recorded by this site, and cannot be undone here. The original artwork and traits remain in the token record. There is no daily or weekly limit, but each inspiration Mnode can be used once and at most 888 rooted Mnodes can exist in total, and at least 333 OG Mnodes always stay unused. Verify the selected token and read the notice before signing.

Original Mycelium rarity remains a historical record. Live Mycelium rarity can change after rooting. OpenSea computes a separate rank and controls its own update timing. No rank, rarity score or future value is guaranteed.

Information from external services may be delayed or unavailable. A collection setting is not proof that royalties were paid, and this site cannot compel marketplaces or buyers to pay them.

Each contest states its rules, eligibility, deadline and prize. Entries and final results are determined under that contest's rules; playing does not guarantee a prize.

Winners claim through an official Discord ticket using their winning wallet and Mnode number. Prize delivery is handled manually and is not an automatic transfer from this site.

Connecting a wallet reveals its public address and asks for a message signature. That signature does not move funds. Any value-moving action opens in your wallet for your approval. Mycelium does not receive your private key and cannot silently sign for you.

Links to marketplaces, explorers or third-party contracts lead outside Mycelium. Any transaction, gas cost, delivery, refund policy and outcome belong to the external service or contract. Inspect every wallet request before confirming it.

• Smart contracts, marketplaces, wallets, networks, APIs, and links can fail or be exploited.
• Public blockchain transactions are permanent and usually cannot be reversed.
• Creator earnings may be optional, unsupported, changed, withheld, or unpaid.
• The service and its data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or discontinued.

You make your own decisions about rooting, contests, links, collections and transactions. Use the service as is and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunity, loss of NFT value, third-party conduct or a result that was never guaranteed.

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Obtain independent professional advice when you need it. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

These terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will appear on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms where the law permits that approach.

Privacy rights and data handling are explained in the Privacy and GDPR policy. Contact details for formal requests must be provided through the official Mycelium community channels until a dedicated legal contact is published.
