Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

The short version: there are no accounts, no names, no advertising trackers and no data sales. You enter with a wallet that holds a Mnode NFT, and almost everything we work with is already public on the blockchain.

Who is responsible

The operator of the Mycelium app is the data controller for the limited personal data described here, in the sense of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. For any privacy request, use the contact route published on the About page. Requests are answered within one month.

What we store
  • Your wallet address. Needed to check that you hold a Mnode NFT and to link your own positions and settings to you. A public blockchain address can count as personal data under the GDPR, so we treat it as such.
  • Your settings. Mode, autopilot limits, bankroll choice, notification preferences.
  • Your trade records. The ideas you took, entry, stop, target, and the outcome once a trade is finished.
  • Public chain data. Pools, swaps, tokens, contracts and holder counts read from Robinhood Chain. This is not yours and not private, it is the open ledger.
  • Assistant conversations. Questions you ask the trading assistant, kept so the conversation makes sense and so abuse can be stopped.
  • Basic technical logs. Errors and request logs needed to keep the service running and secure.
  • An email address, only if you give one. Purely optional, and used for one thing: sending you the result of your own finished trades. It is stored against your private device key, never against your wallet, never shared or sold, never used for marketing, and deleted for good the moment you press delete in the dashboard. You can switch the messages off without deleting the address.
What we never store

No name, no phone number, no postal address, no password, no date of birth, no identity document. An email address is only ever held if you type one in yourself for trade result messages. No private keys and no seed phrases, ever: an autopilot key is generated in your browser and stays on your device. No advertising or cross-site tracking profiles, and no data broker feeds.

How finished trades feed the network

When a trade closes, what it teaches is written into the shared CMN. Other members see the setup, the conditions and the outcome under your Mnode number, for example "Mnode #412". Your wallet address is not published next to it.

Be aware of the honest limit of that: blockchain transactions are public by nature, so anyone determined enough could correlate an on-chain trade with a member entry. Pseudonymous is not anonymous, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Why we are allowed to use it (legal basis)
  • Contract. Checking your NFT, showing your positions and running the features you asked for.
  • Legitimate interest. Keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, and calibrating the shared strategy record from finished trades.
  • Consent. Anything optional, such as browser notifications. You can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies and local storage

No advertising cookies and no third-party analytics profiling. The app uses strictly necessary storage in your browser to keep you signed in with your wallet, to remember your mode and settings, and to hold your autopilot key locally. Clearing your browser storage removes all of it, including that key.

Who else sees data, and where it lives

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider, which processes it only on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Public blockchain nodes are queried to read the chain, and the AI provider behind the trading assistant receives the questions you type there. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Settings and open positions are kept while you use the tool. Finished trade records stay as long as the shared record is useful, because removing them would corrupt the network's calibration. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period and then dropped. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.

Your GDPR rights

You can, at any moment and free of charge, ask for:

  • a copy of the data linked to your wallet (access, and portability in a machine-readable file);
  • correction of anything inaccurate;
  • deletion of your records. Where a finished trade already shaped the shared record, we anonymise it instead of deleting the statistical trace, and we tell you which of the two happened;
  • restriction of processing, or objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • withdrawal of any consent you gave, without affecting what happened before.

Disconnecting your wallet stops all processing straight away. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Security and children

Access is limited by NFT ownership, database rows are protected by row level security so members only reach their own records, and no staff member can move your funds, except through an always-on wallet you created yourself, whose key is stored encrypted and used only to close your own trades. The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly store data about minors.

This policy can change as the tool evolves. Material changes will be visible on this page with a new date. See also the terms of use and risk notice.
