The Grove and rooting

Open Root your Mnode and connect your wallet. Step 1: pick 2 to 12 Mnodes you own to grow a new Evolved Mnode artwork. They stay unchanged in your wallet and each can inspire only once. Step 2: pick that Evolved Mnode, choose one of the OG Mnodes you just used to carry it, and sign a free message. There is no daily or weekly limit. Growing alone does not enter the Rooting Raffle, only rooting does.

Your chosen OG Mnode keeps its number but permanently displays the new Evolved art and traits. Its old image and traits stay in its public token history. Nothing is burned or minted. Rooting before Friday's close enters your wallet in that week's Rooting Raffle.

Every week, after the Friday 18:00 close (Central European time), the site automatically draws one winner of 1 Mnode from the wallets that rooted an Evolved Mnode that week. One entry per wallet, with 1 to 5 tickets by holder role. This week's entrants and the draw are shown on the Rooted Mnodes gallery. Winners claim through a ticket in the Discord.

No. Rooting cannot be undone, and an Evolved Mnode can only be rooted once. A rooted Mnode also cannot be used again to merge new artwork, so each Mnode roots at most once. Read the notice before signing.

They stay saved under My Evolved Mnodes, ready to root until you choose a token for them. That artwork is not a token itself, so it cannot inspire new artwork, and it can be rooted once, in any week you like. Only a completed rooting enters the Rooting Raffle.

Connect your holder wallet in the Grove. Step 2 lists your Evolved Mnodes that are not rooted yet; your rooted list links to their token histories. The public rooted gallery shows all rooted Mnodes.

Rarity and rankings

Original rarity never changes. Rooting adds current Evolved traits and can change the live Mycelium rank. OpenSea calculates its own rank after it refreshes the token's metadata. Neither a particular live position nor an OpenSea rank is guaranteed. Read the ranking and evolution guide.

No. The number of parents becomes a Lineage Size trait when rooted, but rarity depends on how common that value and the other traits are across the collection. OpenSea uses its own scoring.
